Hypnotic

"Energetic Independence....Once you reach it, miracles start to happen and you wake up from your hypnotic sleep" a friend of mine said.

But what is hypnotic?!

I tried all the dictionaries I know to understand this word, non did give me an understandable explanation, the only way made it understandable to me is searching for it on google image :?. Yes, it's one of the ways I use to understand many words!

Actually, google image search is very much a dictionary to me. I don't like a literal translation, though you'd say it's more easier and quicker. But if you really want to learn English or any other language other than your mother-tong, you should learn that language like a baby does.

When we were "babies", we didn't learn our mother tong language by translating it to other language, because we didn't know another at that time, so how did we learned it? Have you asked yourself this question before?

Names and words can be learned from pictures, actions, and feelings... Grammers are learned by practice. Later on, you learned more words that defines special cases, or concepts.

This is the way anyone should learn a new language. Start simple, like a baby, learn from pictures, name your feelings, or actions, later on, when you get to tough words, like "Hypnotic" here, you may use an English to English dictionary. If still can't get it, just use google image.

Vinegar

I have always seen this word on the potato chips bags, but I have used to see it written in a the language I know. This was the first time I see it in English "Vinegar & Salt".

It meant the flavor of this chips is of Vinegar & Salt.

Salt is an easy word, everybody learning English knows what salt is, but not everyone knows vinegar, or least me. Which is, by the way, "A sour-tasting liquid containing acetic acid" as the dictionary of Google translated.

By the way, sour is a new word to me. I must write about it next to remember it.
